Our full workshop is approximately 60-90 minutes and is available in-person or virtually.
While the topic is serious, our founders, Sylvia Harrell and BJ Thomas-Wilson work through various thought provoking activities and break down the barriers of mental health conversations while completing a personalized LifeBox and fun craft-filled activities.

We know that putting programs like this in front of your teens isn't a one size fits all situation. After working with more than 7000 students over that last 2 years, we've learned how to customize workshops to fit your school or organization's schedule. Whether you want to bring #GiveMe20 to your entire student body or prefer a smaller group, we can discuss all the details and work with you to shape an impactful presentation your teens will remember.

The Perfect Group Activity
Are you a group leader looking for a prevention activity to do with your teens? Whether you are a teacher, coach or mentor having a conversation about suicide can be tough. #GiveMe20 can help break down the stigma around this tough topic and bring your group together to talk about getting through dark moments.
A #GiveMe20 group session (ideal for a small group), provides the tools and resources to make this a valuable activity for everyone involved. Let's chat about the size of your group and work together to find the best solution for getting a LifeBox in your teens hands. (In-person presentations with our presenters is most impactful, however for groups smaller than 20 people we offer alternative ways to experience #GiveMe20.)

A big part of the #GiveMe20 experience is decorating the box. The kids love spending time selecting craft supplies and personalizing their boxes. As #GiveMe20 grows, so does our need for craft supplies! Check out our Wish List on Amazon. For as little as $8 you can send us items we use in every workshop.
